Initiation and Completion of Project
1) Logo Realm will begin the creation of a logo/template design (THE PROJECT) upon receipt of
a retainer fee from THE CLIENT (100% of the full billable amount as outlined in our package
rates).
2) Upon completion of THE PROJECT, Logo Realm agrees to transfer electronic files relating to
the FINAL DESIGN of THE PROJECT to THE CLIENT via email. Logo Realm retains the
copyrights to all other designs resulting from THE PROJECT except the FINAL DESIGN. The final
files will be archived. A copy of the FINAL DESIGN may be used for Logo Realm's portfolio only. If
the client wishes access to the final files at any time in the future a small fee ($3.00) will be
charged to un-archive the files and made available to the client.
3) Once THE PROJECT has been initiated the rules outlined in the refund policy section of the
website are in effect.
During Project Life Cycle
4) If THE CLIENT does not provide any feedback or response to Logo Realm at any stage of the
design process within 15 days, THE PROJECT will be deactivated and re-activation of the project
will cost an additional amount (15% of THE PROJECT cost).
5) After a project has started, if the client does not communicate with Logo Realm for more than
15 business days, the project will be cancelled, and any amounts paid will NOT be refundable. To
reactivate such a project would means project re-activation fees should be paid. Also once a
project is completed and the client requests for the final files no more edit requests will be
entertained unless they are paid for. It is the responsibility of the client to be aware of these time
restrictions and act accordingly. No alerts or warnings shall be given by Logo Realm.
6) Further, if THE CLIENT, after 3 days from project submission, has decided to change the name
of the company or what it does or simply decides to terminate our services with out a reason or If
several services are purchased together and the client decides to terminate the projects which
have not started yet or the client does not give a valid reason for not liking the concepts, or Even if
the client is not 100% happy with the final design, if the client requests for the final files or
communicates in any way their intent of completing the project or If the company is shut down or If
the client has decided to change the entire requirement project scope or If the client has NOT
communicated with us for more than 15 days or If the client requests for a fresh set of concepts
(redraw) after the initial concepts - then there will be no refunds what so ever.
7) A project is deemed to have been completed if the client requests the final files. It is the
responsibility of the client to ensure that all final designs are up to their satisfaction and are error
free. Any errors in designs or typos that are not pointed out by the client at the finalization stage
are not the responsibility of the designer(s) or Logo Realm and associates. A project is deemed
complete if the client in any way communicates with us that they want to complete the project by
asking for a final design or if the package details have been fulfilled. We do not offer any support
in terms of design changes after a project is complete and the client has been given the final files.
We do however will help the client get the final files again at a later date (in case they lose the files
or they get corrupted etc) for a small fee (as determined at that time).
8) Cancellations: Logo Realm reserves the right to cancel any project at any time during the
project life cycle and refund amounts as follows (this is different from our refund policy where the
client wishes to cancel the project):
All logo design packages - Before logo is completed - your money will be refunded (minus $50
service fee) and Logo Realm will hold the copyrights to any concepts that Logo Realm would have
and did come up with.
Copyright Issues
8) The CLIENT shall own 100% copyrights to the FINAL design that has been approved by the
CLIENT. All other designs and concepts resulting from the logo design process shall remain the
exclusive copyright of Logo Realm. Any use of this work project by THE CLIENT is prohibited
without written, prior permission by Logo Realm.
9) Logo Realm retains the right to utilize ANY artwork, designs, edits, revisions and work product
from THE PROJECT in advertising, promotion and other marketing materials. Logo Realm
agrees to add a Trademark, Copyright or other ownership mark as may be requested by THE
CLIENT from time to time. Further more Logo Realm reserves the right to publish any
comment/feedback/testimonial that the client sent the company on the Logo Realm website or
any other promotional material and sister websites.
10) Logo Realm is NOT liable for any damages or expenses incurred by the client in the use of
artwork created by Logo Realm.
11) Due to the complexities of international copyright and trademark law, Logo Design Works will
not be held liable should THE CLIENT be found to be infringing on an already existing copyright or
trademarks or service mark relating to the project icon, project name, description or service. THE
CLIENT should conduct a copyright and/or trademark search.
Payment and Turnaround times
12) The project can take any where from a few hours to 48 hours to be initiated after payment is
received. Project finalization and wrap up can take up to 3-4 business days before the client
receives their final files. Our designers will try their best to stick to the project milestone
timescales as indicated below, however some times due to factors beyond the control of the
designer the milestones might be missed.
13) The project is charged at the rate that is in effect at the time the project is accepted by Logo
Realm and is not affected by any subsequent changes to the rates. Some projects may require a
signed payment authorization form, or telephone payment verification before scheduling.
14) For payment options please read our payment details page. Logo Realm reserves the right to
cancel any order and refund the amount paid before starting the project. Further more Logo
Realm is not liable for loss of the fee paid due to transactions being lost with the payment
processors (PAYPAL) or any other related problems. Logo Realm also will not issue an invoice or
receipt other than the one that PAYPAL sends the client upon payment.

The turn around on the revision rounds will keep getting longer as the number of revision rounds
increase. For example turn around on revision round 8 may take anywhere from 5 to 7 business
days and so and so forth.
